While leveraging this established project structure, the process for developing websites presents a few new complexities that require additional guidance. This timeline will outline the process focusing on the Research Team’s information needs. For each step, it provides valuable details across the main project phases of Pre-Proposal, Proposal, Project Planning, and Project Execution. It also provides relevant information regarding the role of the Senior Program Officer, the Project Panel, and other CRP support staff during key process milestones.
